  • Preparation and successful delivery of large exposure NCCR regional pack as part of the IRR project, which included the identification of missing counterparties.
  • Proactively identified data issues, implemented control checks, and supported internal reviews with BAU team during peak reporting period for smooth approval from CFO/CRO.
  • Preparation of large exposure NCCR group pack ensuring accurate data consolidation across regions and implementing stronger control measures to enhance reporting quality, governance, process control and compliance for group sign-off.
  • Maintained strong co-ordination with the Risk Function for exposure validation, data reconciliation, regulatory threshold exception, identification of missing GID, and exception handling to ensure accuracy and reliability of large exposure report.
  • Prepared the detailed LER NCCR process maps to document the end-to-end reporting workflow, control checkpoints, and system interfaces after discussion with multiple teams. This initiative improved process understanding, supported control testing, and enhanced overall governance within the LER framework.
  • Collaborated with the team to draft and finalize the control document for the LER NCCR process, detailing control activities, data validation checks, and reporting governance, and linked the same to the process maps prepared above.
  • Supported Risk & Finance change proactively in raising an MSI in Helios after discussion with multiple teams highlighting a potential data inconsistency regarding collateral in LER. Supported remediation plan and follow-up activities until closure, demonstrating ownership and commitment to process integrity.
  • Raised, tracked, and resolved multiple data quality issues identified during LER pack preparation with the help of FCD, FCDP teams (Resolve, Jira & Aurora), contributing to improved accuracy and control effectiveness.
  • Initiated/completed work towards development and detailed testing of BDE rules for large exposure reporting (LER) NCCR end-to-end (FCDP to FOTC to RCT) to ensure DUSE4 compliance, partnering with multiple teams like FCDP Data Validation, DAO Finance for DDT, Finance Change, FCDP Design, and Rule Management.
    This enhanced data validation logic, improved exception handling, and ensured high reporting accuracy. Also helped understand the preparation of lineage process between (FCDP to RCT), fallback application, SQL coding in Google Cloud Platform & Tableau system in analyzing breaks, and in preparation of effective rules to avoid erroneous reporting break.
  • Actively supported development of an automated variance analysis and Month-end dashboard to identify and monitor missing counterparties in the LER process. Collaborated with IT and validation team during UAT and contributed to final sign-off, improving control visibility, enhancing reporting accuracy, and reducing manual intervention.
  • Actively contributed to design of an automated Tableau dashboard detecting Missing GID breaching the USD 200mn materiality threshold. This improved exception visibility, data quality monitoring, and reduced manual intervention within large exposure reporting process. Introduction of automated solution supported management information and investigation into missing counterparties (including FOTC pre-calc stage) for NCCR.
  • Introduced MI to address group requirement from completeness perspective ensuring total original exposures are reported at firm level and exclusions for large exposure reporting are clearly documented.
    The automated MI facilitated reconciliations between total exposures reported at group level and exposures eligible for LER reporting.
  • Conducted detailed analysis using SQL query and assessment of materiality threshold for credit counterparty risk (CCR) reporting process. Supported decision-making by evaluating exposure level, data impact, and reporting significance to enhance accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Played an active role in reconciliation of collateral data within the CCR process, collaborating with SMEs/BAU teams to identify mismatches, validate data sources, and ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
