Providing pan-India technical support for public and private sector infrastructure
projects.Managing the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of
lighting infrastructure systems. Handling a wide range of pole-based lighting solutions,
including High Mast Poles, Street Light Poles, Decorative Poles, Gantry Poles, Smart Poles,
CCTV Poles, and Airport/Stadium Lighting Systems. Supporting Lighting Management
System (LMS) integration, automation, remote monitoring, and centralized lighting control

Project Pre-Sales Support:- Leading Pre-sales Support strategy and execution for lighting
poles across metro, airport, highway , and urban development projects. Developing key
client relationships (government departments, consultants, contractors, EPCs). Generating
leads through tender portals, referrals, and networking with urban infrastructure
stakeholders.
Project Handling: End-to-end coordination for project supply including drawing approvals,
dispatch schedules, and quality checks. Coordinating with production, dispatch, and
erection teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Managing BOQs, quotations, rate
analysis, and commercial negotiations.
Major Projects Handled: Metro Projects: Supplied gantry and lighting poles to major
metro rail developments. Airports: Delivered highmast and decorative lighting poles for
CSMIA and other terminals. Smart Cities: Worked with NMMC, GOA Authority, and other
civic bodies for smart streetlight and CCTV pole installations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaison with design, fabrication, and site execution teams
to ensure technical compliance and customer satisfaction. Engaging with consultants and
architects for customized pole designs and smart integration (IoT, cameras, EV chargers).
Market Expansion: Identifying new regions and applications for decorative poles and smart
infrastructure. Attending industry expos, municipal meets, and vendor registration drives
