Twilio Segment Product is a leader in CDP Space (Customer Data Platform) . I am Currently Leading the Core Foundational Platform Team in India for Segment R&D , with current focus on Core Platform Data Pipeline , Governance Initiatives(Consent, GDPR, Data Quality ) and Product Observability Initiatives .

• Lead the Core Data Orchestration Platform supporting 2 types of orchestration systems - Realtime and Batch mode using Orkes(Netflix Conductor based workflow orchestration Platform) . The Orkes platform serves as the core of our platform orchestration generating in-directly 20 to 30 million dollars ARR.
• Leading the Product for Large Scale Data Management Platform encompassing Data Deletions and Data Retention systems with in-house scalable orchestration Platform. The feature is the core platform offering with an annual ARR supporting 60 million dollars .
• Spearheading the Product Observability Platform from India called Delivery Overview using Clickhouse based OLAP, and implemented across Governance and Destinations Systems .
• Built and shipped from the groundup a state of the art Gen AI based Data Transformation and Event filtering system using OpenAI which started supporting ARR of 2 million dollars ARR
• Delivered Data Encryption and Hashing Service for Data Masking and Security of PII/PHI needs.
• Built the 12+ member India Platform team from scratch with a very high bar talent.
• Maintaining the overall pipeline having a Large scale orchestration platform with a state of th art distributed system.
• Leading the Core Platform Services team from India which has a overall ARR of the Products being supported and delivered is about 80-100 million dollars in-directly .

• Leading core Architecture group for Analytics, Data Pipeline and Search Service microservices .
• Have built complete realtime streaming architecture from scratch along with team of around 12 using Apache Kafka , Apache Flink , Apache Druid and Elasticsearch- all on k8s .
• Have led the development of Scalable Semantic Search engine for Natural Language based search using Deep Learning Techniques of RNN,BERT and GPT3 .
• Currently leading effort of building Platform Integrations, Analytics, Metering/Telemetry and Data Lake efforts .
• Managing team of 12 - 15 folks along with setting vision for whole Platform Team for Data Platform Architecture .
• Leading the Development effort of ML Platform on top of Data Lake using Databricks Delta Lake framework using MLFlow.

• Leading a team of talented developers in development of Oracle Digital Assistant Product which is a AI/ML based chatbot Platform within Oracle
• Leading the Conversation Insights Team which uses Kafka Connect and Apache Druid as underlying Architecture
• Leading the Conversational Question Answering Module inherently using Elasticsearch with a fault tolerant architecture using Zookeeper
• Responsible for Architecture, Design and Development of complete Elasticsearch , Kafka ,Memcache and Druid Production Architectures for Fault Tolerance , High Availability and scalability across multiple clusters
• Lead the Development of entire Monitoring Framwork across all the Data plane components of Kafka, Elasticsearch , Memcache , Zookeeper and Druid having industry leading benchmarked metrics

• Managing a Team of 10+ highly talented Engineers for delivering mutliple CRM Integrations -SAP C4C, Adobe AEM, Service Now, Salesforce , CDS-A etc .
• Architecting Sprinklr Integration Platform for making a scalable Integration Platform .
