Handled Cash Application, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable for a US-based global professional services and Insurance brokerage firm.


CASH APPLICATION:

  • Processed incoming cash receipts in such forms as Check, ACH and Wire to customer accounts.
  • Handled 5 Account's ( US- Denver, Iowa, UK and Canada ) locations end to end process with special focus on: Cash Application, dispute management, Payment disbursements and treasury.
  • Applied cash and wires to corresponding customer accounts based on remittance details provided by customers.

  • Making daily contacts with customers by email through CRM (An Oracle based Application) with the aim of recovering debts outstanding and to resolve account queries

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:

  • Resolve client problems with their accounts for all or any invoices or cash applications.
  • Send statements and dunning letters (reminders), initiate and email contact for collection of past due account.
  • Setup and update vendor details, bank details in ERP with the help of treasury team.
  • Dealing with Onshore, Calibration and Quality Calls.
  • Apply the credit for the cash received from customers/suppliers to their respective accounts within 24hrs of TAT.
  • Processing the refunds for any over payment and duplicate payment after customer's confirmation.
