Talent Mobility
Working with our internal advisory group to develop new policies and encourage their consistent application.
Advising the business on the application of the correct policy and providing guidance on the selection of the appropriate policy type for employee mobility
Onboarding and Managing the relationship and arrangements with key external providers for destination services, tax advice, and immigration advice where required, to ensure that Global Mobility service delivery is 'fit for purpose' and effectively delivered to assignees and offices.
Managing the roll out of the new policies throughout the organization.
Managing and ensuring the payroll and legal compliance requirement for any international movement.
Managing our international programmes including the Business and work visa travel. This will involve reviewing cost estimates, reporting, tracking, and formal approval of Talent Mobility requests.
Working in partnership with the local office People staff and Business manager in respect of assignment initiations, review and approval of assignment documentation.
Ensure that high quality support is provided to employees moving internationally on assignment, acting on feedback where required
The global point of contact and escalation for internal service delivery issues, and responsibility for co-ordination of global process consistency and continuous improvement.
HRBP :
Managing their Global Operations as an HRBP
Onboarding and Managing the relationship and arrangements with key external providers for HR services, Insurance , and employment law advice where required.
Leading US and Canada Region along with mobility payroll for all Publicis entities as a Mobility Manager.
Immigration Management - In-house filling for Business, Work and Dependent Visa for US & Canada Regions.
Operations Management – Wing to Wing process for Assignment life cycle.
Payroll Management – Reviewing and approving payroll inputs.
Vendor Management – Coordinating vendors for Immigration, Relocations, Tax related activities.
Stakeholder Management – Managing internal and external stakeholders on mobility related support and advisory.
Responsibilities: International Assignment Management (for Inbound and outbound GE employees)
Briefing Assignees on assignment type, benefits, and compensation structure along with Business GMM’s.
Working as extended ARM of Global mobility managers for stakeholder management of business.
Manage worldwide long-term and short-term global assignments plus permanent transfers, localizations, and repatriations from India.
The Single point of contact for employees & Global stakeholders for global assignments.
Working as SPOC for all visa, assignment and immigration related queries.Serve as the primary point of contact for home payroll, home and host managers and business Partners.
WING-TO-WING HR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involved in end-to-end HR activities for international assignments (Onboarding till exit).
Conduct orientation sessions for the new hires.
Managing the gamut of HR benefits for 300 Indian and 46 Expat employees.
Independently handle all activities from Onboarding to Exit of Employees.
Processing GME’s monthly end to end payroll activities.
Taking care of finalizing Outbound GME Housing lease & Lease registration with the help of DSP (Formula, IOS & IKAN Relocations).
GLOBAL TAX /IMMIGRATION SUPPORT:
Interaction with the global Immigration lawyers, Fragomen for the deployment of resources and regular update and track changes taking place on Immigration laws of various countries.
Interact with E&Y and PWc regarding the employee’s tax query on international payroll and successfully bring it to closure.
Coordinating with payroll vendor to have tax assessment & implementation at right time for smooth payroll functioning.
GLOBAL COMPENSATION & REPORTING:
Taking care of creating worksheets or alignment of employee’s salary for Minimum Salary requirement/Countries.
Managing Wing to wing process of designing and implementing compensation worksheet for GME’s & Peers (Outbound Expats)
Involved in global compensation reporting for inbound and outbound expats.
AUDIT AND STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking care of internal & External (KPMG) quarterly and annual audits related to process and payroll.
Collating & sending data to actuarial evaluations to third party vendor to get the report on time to meet STAT requirements.
Releasing required documentation (Increment letters, Employment Proofs, Visa Support letters, FRRO Registration, Visa extension, Salary certificates and tax letters, undertaking) for inbound & outbound GME’s.
STBT TAX AND SOCIAL SECURITY PROCESSING FOR INDIA, BANGLADESH, SRILANKA
AND AUSTRALIA
Responsible for all Expatriate (End to End activities), Admin, HR Activities for 84 Expat
employees (Italian, Chinese, Netherlandese, German, Japanese, American, British)
Responsible for liasoning with Government departments for legal issues. Providing them all administrative support and solving their Immigration Issues.
Responsible for their Onboarding, Visa Processing, Performance Management. Coordination with PWC about their payroll process.
Filling their Pan card as per business needs and coordinate with PWC for their tax queries.
Handling online Grievance system for Expatriates with TAT effectiveness.
Responsible for Wing to Wing HR Process for all inbound Expats. Managing of their Managing of their accommodation, food, all expenses as a SPOC.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT:
Involved in Employee relation programmes.
Responsible for Proper Coordination with All International Vendor and Machine supplier.
Worked as an Employee Champion for Grievance handling for 800 employees around the globe.
Managed entire HR Gamut for around 300 employees. (Start from hiring to till Exit).
Managed the entire recruitment process for both Centers of Saksoft Ltd.
Coordinating with Business Heads and HR colleagues to develop staffing (entry-level, experienced) plans that align with the business unit’s needs and forecast.
Addressing employees’ grievances and coordinating with various departments to resolve them within deadline.
