Project Details- Terminal and Station Works for Spur Lines of Jagdishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra (JHBDPL) Pipeline Project Phase-I (JHPL-1A), Part A and C.

Client- Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL).

Role Description: The Haldia Pipeline Project's Engineer for Spread A and C is in charge of supervising and coordinating the construction of terminals and stations. Working in tandem with the project manager, client representatives, and other stakeholders, this role entails making sure that the project is executed effectively while adhering to stringent deadlines and efficiency benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that project's terminal and stations are built in accordance with engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinating with procurement team to make sure materials, tools, and resources are available on time, handling day-to-day activities of project, such as overseeing workers and keeping track of their progress.
• Preparing bills of quantities and site inspection reports for finished projects.
• Coordinating with PMC to conduct frequency and field tests of building materials as per approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
• Working collaboratively with internal teams, PMC, and clients to ensure proper documentation of handover process, including final reports, certificates, and other project-related documents.
• Preparing detailed delay analysis reports to determine causes, responsibilities, and potential mitigation strategies of delays.

Project Details- New Steel Melting Shop (SMS-2) facility having Capacity of 0.56MTPA and Pig casting Machine-3

Role Description: Assistant Engineer plays a crucial role in supervising construction of assigned sections, leading and supervising a team of contractor workers, and collaborating closely with the Manager, Third-Party Inspectors (TPI), and contractors to ensure successful completion of project within specified timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:

• Constructing critical structures such as caster, scale pit, shed foundations, pig casting machine and other key components, adhering to stringent quality control.
• On-site inspection of all construction activities performed by contractors.
• Verifying and certifying bills, supporting documents, and contractor compliance.
• Preparing BBS, site inspection reports, cube tests, and so forth.
• Coordinating effectively with TPI (Third-Party Inspection) for timely site inspection reports and certifications, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Project Details- New Coke oven facility having Capacity of 1.1MTPA
Role Description:The Assistant Engineer oversees section construction, leads and supervises contractor workers, and works with the Project Manager, TPI, and contractors to meet project requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Constructing critical technological structures such as Batteries, Waste Gas Tunnels, Coke Wharfs, and other key components, adhering to stringent quality control.
• On-site inspection of all construction activities performed by contractors.
• Verifying and certifying bills, supporting documents, and contractor compliance.
• Preparing BBS, site inspection reports, cube tests, and so forth.
