- My major function is to execute & manage and supervise day to day activities. Monitor various tasks related to project or maintenance work of plant and record change order
- Supervise the erection of equipment & Commissioning of the equipment
- Overall coordination with client and within inter-departments for execution and timely completion of erection & commissioning.
- Manage and coordinate all changes/deviations in engineering design & manufacturing.
- Manage and coordinate with manufacturing, assembly and dispatch departments for completeness of dispatch.
- Checking of measurement and preparing bills.
- Key role in practical implementation of P.M.
- Ensuring Safety and quality aspects at site & manage safety permits (cold work permit, hot work permit, rigging permit, height permit) to achieve the target of zero breakdown, zero accident for maximum efficiency.
- Capability of coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients for carrying out piping related works fabrication, installation and testing activities at site.
- Invitation of quotation as per requirement, its cost analysis and Recommendation.
- Inspection of quality of materials related to projects and Close Supervision during their installation and Regular reporting
- Conduct the indent planning of Spares items as per the requirement.
- To analyze the stock level of the various materials including raw material and Mechanical equipment and maintain the sufficient inventory level of various materials.
