Drive Audit for durability vehicles for assessment of issues /performance as per test component
of EV vehicles
Check sheet preparation and its monitoring during testing of the EV vehicle to foolproof its
performance ,to capture all the relevant issue during testing phase before going to customer
Daily presentation and communication to the higher management for regular updates for Shop
activities
Installation of different EV Chargers (Chargers received based on the market survey by EV
charger team),validation support to monitor it charging performance on different Tata EV
Vehicles(Launched and Unlaunched vehicle)
Logistic Management of EV charger
Issue reporting of EV chargers to its supplier and get it rectified
Part Updation, Failure part replacement for EV test vehicle (Shop support for different PAT –
Durability, PED, TASE, HMI etc.
Below are the some of the EV durability and PED test (Shop support for performing and
monitoring of the test under guidance of the durability and PED PAT)
1. Opportunity Charging Test
2. Charging Robustness Test
3. AC charging customer centric event based test etc.
4. Some of the test common for both IC and EV vehicle like Structural durability,
Highway durability, City durability, Event based test etc.

FIRs , test reports during and after the tests, Daily circulation of validation status reports,
Periodic measurement result sheets for each test vehicle. Issue reporting and first cut root cause
analysis report
Periodic inspection reports of test vehicles
Proto vehicle joint inspection and vehicle receiving through issue closure

Co-ordination with designer and PAT team for timely completion of the test as per sign off test plan with
optimum usage of resources.
Tracking and failure analysis of the issues highlighted and co-ordination with PAT and Designer for its
resolution with proper validation plan.
Preparation of the support document for the ESO sign off.
Subjective evaluation of the test vehicle

Execute all required durability test as an Assistant engineer .Some of them are below–
I. On road durability test – Highway, City, Mix, Rough Road etc.

III. Event Base test- Mud, Water wadding, Shower, tyre packaging test etc.

Shop Floor Management: - Man power management to prepare the vehicle for brake test, steering
test , torture test, highway runs, field trials ,kmpl trials, acceleration trials, Speedo odotrials, derivability,
gear utilization, brake bedding.
Additional Responsibility:-Material collection, Store standardization, failed parts disposal and record
maintaining, maintaining 5S, organize awareness sessions about vehicle/failure/and experience sharing.
Activity Performed:-Wheel alignment, tire depth measurement, load distribution according to GVW &
overloading of the vehicle, inspection of vehicle(PDI) as per specification sheet, implementation and
development of tools and facilities, productivity improvement, failure analysis and corrective actions,
material and parts arrangement as per requirement, maintain log books and data sharing of highway,
Torture, performance of the vehicles, failure reports preparations, maintain vehicle history of tested
vehicle.

Handle the tasks of modifying existing tractor accessories and supervise building with the improved
features(Software used – Proe-wildfire 3.0)
Alter and modify the design to obtain the required functional and operational performance.
Design components and systems to provide maximum customer satisfaction and vehicle function.

General inspection which include raw material, stage inspection.
Studying of the drawing (First angle & Third angle projection) in Fabrication & Machine drawings
Planning for vendor in accordance with the required quality.
