• ADN Fire Safety does the projects in Mechanical and ELV Fire Safety vertical as pioneer in industry, Also does other ELV packages like BMS, ACS ,CCTV Surveillance and networking.

• My role is a general management of projects accross the country includes planning, Process implementation, Kick off the projects ,cost control, Customer communication.
• 3 new Data center Projects value of 46 crores are assigned to me in very first week of my joining, on which I started working from scratch. # 2 data centres each of 48 MW located in Pune, value of 29 crores. #A Corporate park located in Chennai, value of 17 crores.
• Got involved in to all on going projects includes data centers vertical across India, approx value of 80 crores.
• Managing project's PreExecution activities like Design preparation, TDS approval , Creation of multiple trackers, Weekly progress review with customer and consultants, Vendor finalizations, Site mobilization, Compliance documentation like Safety and quality.
• Routine tasks for the day are includes Planning new projects , Escalations from existing projects, Progress updates from ongoing projects, Commerical updates from projects and team allocationa.
• Developed and implemented new operational procedures, streamlining daily tasks and improving overall efficiency.
• Managed financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for optimal profitability.
