• Review of contractual RAM & Safety documents submitted by vendors of Signalling (GoA4), Rolling Stock, Platform Screen Doors, Power Supply and SCADA, 750V DC Traction, Track Works, Communication System, Automatic Fare Collection, VHTS to ensure the compliance against System Safety specifications and requirements stipulated in ERTS, ERGS and CENELEC Standards (EN 50126, EN 50128 & EN 50129)
• Conducting HAZOP workshop for each sub-systems in line with IEC 61882 to identify the HAZARDS and finalizing the mitigation measures
• Conducting monthly RAMS Progress meeting
• Conducting the Hazard Closure Meetings
• Supporting and Participating in Quality Committee Meeting and Quality Audits

• Conducting IXL-ATS and interface validation activities with stakeholders

• Successfully executing all Project activities from Design team during Design, FAT, SAT and commissioning.
• Successfully Commissioned more that 100 EI upgrade Projects for Indian Railway including some biggest EI Works at Bandel, Rourkela, Naihati Stns India.
• Trained junior engineers on best practices related to system administration, providing guidance and mentorship for their professional growth.

• RAMS document preparation for Kolkata EAST WEST Metro Project as per CENELEC standards.
• Kolkata EAST WEST Metro Site tests ( IXL, ATS,ATC )execution as per test cases and safety rules.

Client- Indian Railway/Bangladesh Railway

• Validation of Station Application Software in Factory Setup to conform to safety & operational requirements as mentioned in Route Control Chart, Signal Interlocking Plan & Panel Diagram.
• Understanding System Configuration of Microlock Units to achieve Station's interlocking & operational requirements & build testing setup in Factory Microlock units to ensure Validation of software can be conducted
• Verification testing and commissioning works done successfully for big yards like KHARAGPUR JN, RAMPURHAT, ADITYAPUR, DARSANA JN and many more.
• Testing and commissioning activities done successfully for Bangladesh Railways.
• Checking consistency of integration of Station hardware circuits & application software.
• Checking adherence of Application software to Design Specification, Zonal Railway standards, Client requirements.
