• Worked as a L2 application support Engineer - Lead for the client PNC (Pittsburgh National Corporation) Bank
• I am responsible to handle the daily production support activities/issues and also doing the development part as per the Agile methodologies
• Handled payment applications like RTS and PXP
• Both are applications are related to transaction and customer screening, based on Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• Collaborated with different technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues

• Prepared past 2 years of Incident documents and other required documents for the new joiners
• Discussed with users and prioritized the issues(tickets) or enhancement for quarterly application releases
• Provided support during the User acceptance testing to development team
• Also provided weekly and monthly incident trend reports to client manager and other dev managers
• Conducted weekly incident/problem/change management calls with development team for discussing the ongoing issues or fixes
• Communicated the workarounds to be followed L2 till the issues get resolved
• Raised issues to development team and worked with them closely for permanent fixes through calls/emails
• In this project, as we received all the files and dataset to the Mainframe. So, we actively monitoring the execution of scheduled job on the Mainframe.
• Identifying and resolving job failures, including abended jobs in the Mainframe.
• I have a good knowledge of Doc5, Doc10, Doc35 and Doc40 in the Mainframe to get the complete details of a job like: - Job descriptions, Job restart process, Job scheduled timings and script involve to the job.
• Good knowledge of checking the dataset by using Mainframe utilities and also to rename, edit and create of existing dataset or new dataset.
• Specific areas to monitor with in Mainframe job monitoring :-

1. Job Submission and initiation(Successful job submission, Job queue status, any delay jobs)

2. Job Execution(Current job status, Job step execution time)

3. Job output(Output file generation, data validation, error message analysis)

4. Job Dependencies(Identifying upstream and downstream jobs)

• Project 2: In this Project of CIBC, we deals with different kinds of batches like: Price Batch, Stock loan Batch and Margin Batch
• Once we receive all the Batch data we used to generate the reports
• Here we deals with different kinds of trades and their flows
• I have a good knowledge on ISIN, SEDOL, ADP, CUSIP
• Collaborated o every stages of SDLC from requirement gathering to production releases
• Experienced in stages of trade life cycle of various banking related applications
• Worked in weekends for release deployment and also performed the sanity checks post deployment completions

• In this project we have to form a Liquidity report from the data provided by the client and revert the reports to the client
• We are also responsible for the solution of the problems occurring while generating and accessing the reports by the end users

• In this project we have to deals with Global Transaction Reporting
• We have to deal with source team to get the data and need to process it and send the report to regulator
