Tasked with launching the Inaugural HORECA Oman Show in Sultanate of Oman.
● HORECA Oman showcases Fresh and Frozen food products, Gourmet & Healthy Foods, Dairy and Poultry Products, Tea and Coffee products, in addition to Kitchen and Catering equipment’s, Housekeeping and F&B products and Processing and Packaging, under one roof.
● HORECA Oman is part of the HORECA Network. The popular trade event has been running for 26 years in Lebanon, 10 years in Saudi Arabia, 9 years in Kuwait and 6 years in Jordan, attracting 1200 exhibitors and 53000 visitors per annum.
● Promoting, organizing and managing IT conferences, seminars , webinars etc for Softential solutions
● Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.
● Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
● Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
● Conduct feedback/ surveys to identify the interests and concerns of clients.
● Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
● Imparting best customer service to clients.
● Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the organization.

● Promoting and Maintaining participation in Exhibitions & Conferences: Selling booth spaces, sponsorships and delegate tickets via telephone, email communication and face-to-face meetings in the middle east and overseas markets.
● Networking: As marketing management professional, my core responsibility lies into channel building which leads to business development through participation at exhibitions and conferences.
● Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and sustaining event participants for long lasting relationship with the organization
● Vendor Management: Responsible to plan, negotiate, work with vendors, and other suppliers to ensure the smooth operations and to liaise with venue owners and government agencies for permits, approvals and coordination.
● Venue Management: Assisting in the management of ground and daily operations activities as well as provide administrative support on-site requirements.
● Budget Management: Assist in planning, managing and control the budget for executing the operations and logistical requirements for the exhibitions.
● Selling exhibitions/conferences to corporations and local businesses in line with the operational targets.
● Issuing sales correspondence, continual follow-up with exhibitors regarding contracts (approving, signing, modifying as well as terms and mode of payment).
● To assist in the execution/buildup of Tradeshows/ Exhibitions/ Events/ Conferences, including customer service support to exhibitors before, during and after the Fairs.
● Prepares reports for management on status of all services provided for specific projects.
● Coordination and assistance in the development of electronic and written materials for project management proposals, presentations, and status updates;
● Carry out pre-exhibition campaign and post exhibition campaign for every event.
● Monitoring preparations of the exhibitor booths before finalizing and submitting to contractor.
● Correspondence & communication with customer’s or vendors by email, telephone, faxes & mail.
