Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked as a lead for Roles and Security design in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for US based Client.
• Collaborated closely with clients and functional team across multiple Financial and AP module to gather requirements, provide feasible business solution.
• Closely collaborated with clients to meet complex business needs around the Roles and Security design in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Designed custom roles based on client requirements to meet the business needs.
• Managed effective role and data access provisioning through SIT, UAT and Production.
• Prepared standard documentation, presentations and artifacts for Business use and smooth post-Production transition.
• Worked on implementation of C2C track Accounts Receivable (AR) module.
• Implemented and configured Oracle General Ledger (GL) module, including Chart of Accounts (COA), Accounting Calendars, and Ledger setups.
• Configured Primary, Secondary, and Reporting Ledgers in Oracle Fusion General Ledger.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oracle ERP implementation, rollout, and support projects for multiple countries. Collaborated closely with clients to gather requirements, provide feasible business solutions, manage data conversion and migration, conduct SIT and UAT, configured production and provided hyper care support.
• Worked on implementation of S2P track Accounts payables (AP) module. Also implemented User Management (UMX)modules, worked on application security and data access and security.
• Worked on transaction processing for AP including invoices, credit memos, receipts, Auto accounting process, resolved bugs encountered during the accounting of transactions, period close, etc.
• Experience in Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to cash (O2C) life cycles.
• Worked on configuring Payables, Customer Billing, Customer Payments, Accounting Methods, Subledger Accounting Configurations.
• Also worked on bulk Customer uploads using More4apps and other data load tools.
• Addressed hyper care incidents, resolved production bugs, and handled P3/P2 tickets and L1/L2/L3 tickets within SLA guidelines using the ServiceNow, JIRA and Azure DevOps tools.
• Worked on preparing standard configuration documents such as BR100, MD50. Also, worked on preparing production handover documents for specific modules.
• Defined key responsibilities within project scope.
• Worked in Oracle backend objects like Database Triggers, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Packages using PL/SQL.
• Worked on creating expense reports.
