1. Delivered volume achievement of 4530 ton on Doritos at 3% growth by working closely with cross functional teams by:

  • Launched three innovations: flavour and sub-brand under Doritos along with an impactful 360 marketing campaign with TVC and digital activation, influencer campaign, on ground executions with racks and heatpods, gift packs and OOH campaigns leading to 100 mn impressions.
  • Strategized to launch a smaller SKU in a earlier premium positioned portfolio basis the market situation; up-grammed the other MRPs to remain competitive in TT and invested in trade leading to 11% growth.
  • Unlocked a consumer promo with G-Pay on our larger bags.

2. Delivered volume of 3500 ton in Bangladesh at 188% growth and started business in Nepal with 150 tons of monthly business by:

  • Launched Lay’s in Bangladesh with strategic flavors and price points to cater to all channels with an aggressive TV and Digital campaign, OOH, on ground POSMs and rack deployment.
  • Collaborated with KFC for an on pack promo and activated influencers leading to 2.5X increase on redemptions.
  • Launched Cheetos in Nepal with 3 flavors along with setting profitable import of Lay's, Doritos and Quaker at right price points.
