PI System Migration for Energy Client

• Scope: Migration of PI Data Archive historian, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Processbook, PI Interfaces from AWS to Azure environment
• Process description: As per the technical architecture the PI Component migration has been done while installing and configuring new VMs.
• Responsibilities: Involves installation of PI DA, PI AF, PI AF SQL, PI Vision on new Azure VMs. Importing the backup and Configuration of PI Security settings. Packaging of PI client tools like PI Datalink, PI Processbook, PI SMT and PI System Explorer. Installation & Configuration of PItoPI Interface. Setup interface with other application which includes Meridium, LIMS, VDC, Aora, PUHMA, ConnectIn etc

AMS Support for Upstream Oil and Gas Process Client

• Scope: Support on Incidents, Problem, Enhancement, Change Management for client based on requirements.
• Process description: As per the ticket type the support on upstream application like OSI PI Historian is provided
• Responsibility: Worked as the Technical Lead for Upstream Production Management Team from Offshore. Worked on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Enhancement based on requirement. Worked as Primary support for OSISoft PI applications and worked on resolving the P1, P2, P3, P4 incident without SLA Breach. Successfully delivered many Enhancements on PI Applications and also worked on consolidation of all 8 PI historian sites into a single site called Downstream for visibility of every site data under single stream as technical lead. Worked with Partner Team, Client Application Advisor, Technical Architect and VMO team for different initiatives. Involved in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance activity which includes patching, packaging, server upgrade and application upgrade.
