Definition:

Responsible for ensuring that the in-house processes in line with the design intent of the customer and verify their systems to ensure they are compliant with the end customer’s needs, will have people management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

General and Task Management:

· Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.

· Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of internal quality issues.

· Perform on-site verification for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of internal quality issues.

· Review and evaluate internal quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.

· Review manufacturing processes, collaborate with internal on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.

· Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement.

· Review documentation of inspection results across all areas. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans.

· Monitor and report on product quality and performance understanding any commercial issues and impacts.

· Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving build quality.

· Undertake personal continuous training and development.

· Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

· Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors.

People Management:

· Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.

· Motivate and coach the team to operational success.

· Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.

Relationship Management:

· Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for inspection of Radiators.

· Responsible for Layout inspection of Radiators.

· Responsible for Radiator shop optimization.

· Monitor and report on product quality and performance understanding any commercial issues and impacts.

· Undertake personal continuous training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for inspection of inward raw material.

· Responsible for in process & final Inspection of parts.

· Responsible for maintain 5S on shop floor area.
