Preparation of manpower roaster in accordance with the requirements of the section/lab in consultation with Lab Head to ensure smooth running of the Lab. On-the-job training to scientific staff. Performing routine/ specialized test & identifying the problem specimens.

Making decisions in assessing calibration, control and acceptability of analytical runs. Daily Review of the Q.C. results.

Follow up for the PSNs to close the same. Ensure proper maintenance of material consumption, inventory management and no wastage. Ensure that Quality, Accuracy, Safety and TAT are maintained as per norms.
