• Stations: 11 Compressor Stations (CS), 25 Main Line Valves (MLV), 8 Metering & Regulating (M&R) stations, 9 CDG M&R stations equipped with Remote Terminal Units (RTU) (Schneider Telvent 866, 866e, Honeywell ControlEdge, Emerson).
• Safety Systems: SIL3-rated Safety PLC (SIS by HIMA) for Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Load Shedding (F60 HIMA) at CS.
• Monitoring & Control: Individual station data monitored and controlled through Oasys DNA 7.4 SCADA (Telvent Schneider system) from Control Centers in Mumbai and Kakinada.
• SCADA Upgradation: Upgraded SCADA system with M/s Honeywell – Experion PKS SCADA system, Virtualization in SCADA, HMI, DMZ network architecture, Backup & Restore (EBR) system, MPLS TP telecom, Cyber Security system (MSS, WSUS, AV system, NMS, NPM, SIEM, Nozomi).

Dahej Nagothane Ethane Pipeline (DNEPL) Project (440 km)

• Stations: CS, MLV, and M&R stations equipped with Schneider Telvent RTUs.
• Safety Systems: SIL3-rated Safety PLC (SIS by HIMA) for emergency shutdown of pump stations.
• Monitoring & Control: All individual station data is monitored and controlled through Oasys DNA 7.5 SCADA (Telvent Schneider system).

Projects Handled Without Vendor Support

• FNG System & Integration: Designed and interfaced FNG devices, Eltek system, FM200, OPGD, UGD with Schneider Telvent RTUs (866), and programmed logic in Isagraf 3.5 software for FNG system integration with SCADA via DNP 3.0 and Modbus protocol at 4 Compressor stations.
• Metering & Regulating Skid Valve Control: Developed PID control logic and interfaced with third-party devices via Modbus TCP/IP and Serial RS232/485 protocol at M&R043, Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh).
• Solar Power Integration: Designed and integrated solar power-based system (72 hr). Backup for Field Transmitters and control valves at MLV38, Gujarat, integrating with Bristol Babcock control wave Micro PLC (Emerson) and Schneider Telvent SCADA.
• Ethane Injection System (M&R003): Designed and programmed control logic for Telvent Schneider RTU, SCADA system integration via DNP 3.0 and Modbus. Developed logic for ratio controllers and interfaced with ESD/EBD systems, gas chromatographs, and third-party devices (Modbus TCP/IP, and Serial RS232/485) at Bharuch, Gujarat.
• Automation of Remote MLV Valves: Automated 16” valves for remote MLVs across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh via SCADA and programmed logic for Telvent Schneider RTUs using DNP 3.0 protocol.
• RTU Communication Integration: Established third-party communications (Modbus serial and TCP/IP) for F&G, BMS, Flow Computers, GC, GTC, MKVI, GEG, and Air Compressor systems.
• Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS): Designed and programmed SIL3-rated HIMA SIS for ESD/EBD systems at Compressor Stations, including logic development for load shedding, safety interlocks, and valve control.
• Parallel SCADA Connectivity: Established parallel connectivity of Telvent, Honeywell, and Emerson RTUs with two master SCADA systems (Telvent and Honeywell) across 52 locations (CS, MLV, and M&R).
• Reverse Flow Logic: Developed auto-changeover valve logic for reverse flow at CS03 and CS06 locations.
• PHA and Hazop Studies: Conducted Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) for Compressor Stations and CGD M&R locations.

• DNEPL Project: Led project design, engineering, and successful completion in collaboration with PMC M/s L&T Gulf, including value engineering, control system selection, risk identification, SIL studies, and vendor selection.
• SCADA Upgradation (EWPL): Managed the design, engineering, cyber risk assessment, vendor selection, and SCADA upgrade while ensuring parallel connectivity with the existing SCADA system.
• RTU Upgradation (EWPL): Upgraded 20 RTU locations to Emerson ControlWave Pack systems, including system architecture design, cyber risk assessment, vendor selection, and safe commissioning without plant shutdown.
• Solar Power System Integration: Designed and integrated solar power systems with Emerson ControlWave Micro-PLC and Schneider Telvent SCADA for field transmitters and control valves.
• SIL3 Safety PLC Design: Designed and developed SIL3 Safety PLC systems (HIMA Silworks) for ESD and Load Shedding at Compressor Stations (CS02, CS03, CS07).
