- Improving the measure of performance (MOP) through various methods, like cycle time reduction, time study, proper utilization of available resources, process improvement, and elimination of non-value-added activities in assembly, etc.

Projects
Design and Fabrication of Cotton Picking machine, 2013, The Indian economy mostly depends upon agricultural development. 70% populations depend on farming. In order to reduce human effort and solution on labour problem, it is necessary to development in the agricultural field. In India, cotton is produce in abundant quantity. The cotton-picking machine works on the centrifugal principle. In semi-open type impeller is rotated in spiral or volute casing and create vacuum in eye of impeller. The impeller is driven by prime mover (engine) with the help of belt drive transmission. The vacuum created by impeller sucks the cotton and discharge in the collecting drum through the casing.
