ILAP is used to integrate different web and host applications, enabling active applications within ILAP to exchange data seamlessly. This reduces the time users spend switching between multiple applications.

PLATIN helps optimize delivery costs for various parts.

PACO is used to optimize delivery relationships based on demand and nonworking days.

Responsibilities:

• Led development efforts for FOLAB and ILAP modules, improving usability and user interface performance.
• Designed and implemented features using Java, Spring, and Hibernate, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Managed and executed DevOps activities, enabling smooth deployments across environments.
• Automated and optimized DevOps pipelines reduce deployment errors and improve delivery efficiency.

Description: The CoBra application is used to streamline commissioning processes across plants worldwide. It enables optimized sequence planning for parts supply to assembly lines, and improves coordination of parts flow to enhance overall assembly line productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Developed application features using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and REST APIs.
• Led the team in all testing activities for implemented functionalities.
• Managed deployments across multiple environments.
• Performed coding, debugging, and resolution of production issues.
• Executed migration from HTTP to HTTPS, both manually and through automated processes.
• Contributed to architectural modifications during the application revamp.

Description: EasyPick is an application that assists warehouse workers in picking parts by scanning barcodes and placing them into designated rack positions based on a predefined algorithm.

Responsibilities:

• Integrated EasyPick user management with the existing CoBra commissioning module.
• Integrated EasyPick WAR packaging into the existing EAR module to support deployment on the WebSphere Application Server.
• Designed and implemented a deployment flow for EasyPick modules, alongside existing EAR deployments in WebSphere.
• Performed application support and testing to ensure stability and production readiness.

The accounting application supports billing processes for service providers within the plant.

HDT assists in picking parts and placing them into designated rack positions for downstream assembly line supply.

Monitoring the application tracks and monitors the commissioning process across the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Developed features for CoBra, Commissioning, Accounting, HDT, and Monitoring applications.
• Provided support for CoBra Commissioning, Accounting, and HDT applications.
• Optimized production deployment processes, significantly reducing deployment time.
• Conducted end-to-end testing of application functionalities, and supported successful production releases.
