- Managing team of 6 people with 18 entities assign under my belt for carrying out the day-to-day activities of Accounts Payable
- Monitoring All the supplier invoices (Po & Non-PO) Intercompany Invoices and T&E claims are processed correctly with accurate cost allocation received on monthly basis
- All the payments are executed within the time frame of the pay run decided within the entities and ensure that all the payment remittance are provide to the supplier and Staff notifying payments has been executed
- Handling and Solving Queries related to Invoices and payments
- Weekly co-ordination with R2R and O2C towers to identify SOPs are followed in all the 3 towers
- Monitoring all the bank entries are posted to identify the books and Bank ledger are matching
- All the Vendors Reconciliations are attended and replied so that the supplier gets the good understanding of the invoices raised and the payment received at their end
- Ensuring all the month end activities are completed within the workday allocated for closing the AP ledger
- Monthly closing process accruals and Journal Entries
- Providing monthly reports (Purchase ledger/Outstanding ledger/Prepayment) to data Management team so that relevant data is populated on company dashboard every month
- Preparing KPI files and Conducting Monthly KPI call with the respective entities finance manager discussing the Business Summary, and the performance of Team members of all the 3 Towers
- Vendor Creation and Vendor management
- Managing the team in reference to their Training and Development, Delegation of work, Providing Opportunities within the team as per their strength and Preferences
