This solution is currently successfully working at Petroleum sector companies like HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, NAYARA, LIOC etc.

Description
This is a strictly Loyalty customer based solution for Fueling transactions. The Customer needs to enroll for a membership/loyalty program. An existing/enrolled Customer can visit the MEE’s Fueling station and get fuel for his Vehicles by making payments through:
● Merchant app: Merchant app has a provision to authorize a transaction based on verification of Customer’s Mobile no & mPIN.
● Customer app (Wallet application): Customer app has a provision for scanning QR code present at the DU, and then Authorizing the DU for Transaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● To test all mobile applications involved in this solution, web portal, s/w & h/w integration.
● To communicate the issues to the Development team and get involved in brainstorming sessions on how to resolve them.
Responsibilities as Business Analyst:
● To work closely with the Development and Testing team and get the status of progress on going live activities.
● Documenting Change requests from customers and sharing the same with the Development team.
● Making changes to BRD (Business Requirement Document) as and when the customer improvises the flow/functionality of the application and sharing the same with the Development team for clear sight of what needs to be implemented/developed in the Android App/web application.

Description: Fastlane Fuel App is an intelligent Fuel Management & Payment App that ensures the Right Quantity and Quality is fueled in your vehicle. The user can add vehicles in the Fastlane account which will be tagged by the Fastlane agents. Then the user can set the amount (how much fuel he wants to fill) from the app for that vehicle and he can go to the petrol pump and fuel will be filled to his vehicle according to the amount set by him in the app.
