• Worked on the integration between Khoros product - community and salesforce. with mastery over Case portal feature and salesforce apis and apex triggers.

• Redesigned the case portal so that customers can customise it based on their needs, add new fields on the forms and layout depending on their needs and resolving the duplicate email address issue.

• Integrated care platform and REST APIs for various crms eg salesforce and zendesk

• Used jwt authentication to communicate between salesforce and our platform and between various microservices

• Attended customer calls and debugged solutions over the call, and suggested solutions.

• Exposed graphql api's for the community platform for search and crm.

• Handled on call using Amazon AWS platform and pagerduty.

• Wrote scripts for SonarQube code security checks, and GitHub pre-merge and post-merge scripts integrated with Jenkins.

• Integrated Slack with our product. Designed and created a microservice to handle the feature. Created an app on Slack - Community by Khoros, which delivers notifications to users of the community on Slack. Useful for moderators and admins of the community. Added functionality of replying and adding kudos to a post on community from the slack app.

• Created Bulk Archival feature and enhancement of the spam page.

• Integrated flow.ai - a chat bot with our product - care using rest api’s.

• Participated in the vista hackathon - integrated react speech to text hook, and twillio apis.
