SAP SE (GxP) - Upgrade, HA/DR and Support

• Delivered 24/7 support as HANA Consultant & DB Admin for 400+ customers and 4000+ SAP systems in a managed cloud environment.
• Executed HANA DB upgrades, backups, HA/DR configurations, and replication across single, multi-node, and MDC setups.
• Performed core SAP Basis tasks: system export/import (SWPM), system refresh (PCA), client copy, kernel/support pack upgrades.
