I am an Awareness Trainer at Development Alternative, where I provide training to truck drivers on topics such as road safety, lane driving, health and hygiene, cleanliness, financial planning, and physical exercises.

• I served as an MIS Lead on the Reckitt Project with TeamLease Foundation from June 2025 to February 2026.
• Handling end-to-end operational leadership. Responsible for hiring, onboarding and training field & MIS staff across multiple locations.
• Developed manpower plans, productivity targets and work allocation strategies.
• Oversaw project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and operational KPIs.
• Streamlined processes to improve reporting speed, accuracy and field performance.
• Maintained coordination between internal teams and Reckitt client stakeholders.

• I have created a dynamic dashboard of 41787 (Female, Male and PWD's data) in DELL employment skill training program.
• Manage and registered 38,215 candidates on LMS, NSDC and AIF Portal (Batch wise, with coordinating with Trainers and Batch managers).
• Set up the Autocrat system to distribute DELL Certificate for students after completion of training.
• Generate 38,215 NSDC Certificate from Skill India Portal, After completion the training.
• Also work with AIGGPA Project (Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis) Madhya Pradesh Govt.
• I prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports from the data of 1,60,000 street vendors through dynamic and formula-based pivot reports.
• Prepare invoices for the team, manage and save all project-related documents to Google Drive for backup.

• I Created dynamic Dashboard and report to client weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide Facilitation training to truck drivers under MAERSK project.
• Attendance and Invoice preparation for external consultants.
• I used to look after all the field operations of Maersk (Arrange Distribution kits, Training schedule, and SOP).
• Also, I have prepared dynamic dashboard for the WPP project.
