• Designed and deployed a complete AWS 3-tier architecture using Terraform, covering VPC, subnets, route tables, NAT, security groups, load balancers, auto-scaling, and end-to-end networking configurations.
• Built and automated cloud-native services, including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, and Lambda (with Java handler methods, triggers, and IAM roles), along with event-driven integrations using SNS, SES, and Cognito for authentication.

• Led operations for a large-scale OpenShift platform with 42+ microservices, implementing reusable Helm charts, secure secret management using Sealed Secrets, Cosign-based image signing, and fully automated onboarding using Ansible.
• Optimized Kubernetes workloads for reliability and scalability by configuring HPAs, probes, resource limits/requests, RBAC, network policies, rolling, blue-green, canary deployments, and managing routes, services, deployments, stateful sets, and pipelines.
• Built full-stack observability using OpenTelemetry Collector, integrated with Elastic Cloud, enabling metrics, logs, and traces across all services, and ensuring stable RabbitMQ performance with queue monitoring and automated alerting.
