- Elite Single Facer – New Product Development: Next-generation single facer built to resolve issues in the existing machine and cut cost; runs at 530 m/min, faster than the previous single facer, at roughly 40% lower cost. Own 800+ parts and drawings across my modules, including servo and induction motor integration, over a 2-year development with 8+ months onsite in the USA, where I supervised assembly of the build including its steam systems. Currently in customer demo.
- Waterjet Cutting RPS Slitter: First-of-its-kind product for gapless order change in corrugated board slitting. Multiple waterjets cut the board in different sequences per customer order, handling 98" and 112" widths at 1500 fpm and reducing order-change time to 3 seconds.
- Steam Systems for Wet-End Equipment (Single and Double Facer): Studied and developed schematics, modeled piping in SolidWorks and created drawings per ASME standards; reviewed with steam experts and released for production after approval.
- Design leadership and release: Guide junior engineers, correct their drawings and lead design reviews for my modules; prepare manufacturing and inspection drawings with BOMs (DFM/DFA); release new and revised parts through ECN/ECR; resolve fabrication, machining and assembly issues with production and incorporate service-team feedback.

- Designed 25+ special-purpose leak-test and automation machines (typical project value ?15–25 lakh) for customers including Sandhar Automotive, Avtec, TVS Motors, Daimler Trucks and MJ Casting; led a team of 4 junior engineers.
- Prepared schematics and sequence of operation for quotations; selected long-lead items (bearings, linear motion rails, ball screws, cylinders, motors with gearboxes); coordinated with planning, production, QC and assembly to deliver machines on schedule.
- BMW bearing housing – leak testing and laser marking: auto loading, air leakage test at 8 bar with 20–40 Pa allowable leak rate, laser marking and scanning, and auto unloading with pick-and-place; 1-minute cycle time.
- Valve spool auto gauging and flow testing: outer diameter and groove-presence checks through a vision sensor, with flow testing and semi-automated pick-and-place.
- Automatic motorized keyset checker: semi-automated machine to check key insertion and removal force, voltage drop and continuity of a two-wheeler ignition key.
- O-ring assembly and torquing of DP plug: O-ring assembly into a DP plug and tightening into a filter at 10 N-m, with vision-system detection and blockage checking.
- Hydrostatic testing of SVI-II and SVI-III digital valve positioner housing: leakage testing at 270 psi / 18 bar water pressure with 0.1 psi allowable leak rate.
