• Traditonal wind mills which works at cut off speed will shuts down if speed of wind reaches to more extent than its bearable level(cut off speed: the speed at which wind mill stop functioning .to prevent from structural damage) . to over come this try to devolop an mechanical device .which should adjusts the height of wind mills height(height of nacelle and rotor part to be adjusted not its tower).this leads to adjustment of height and provide continuous energy in wind mill(note this extent of speed reaches mostly in sea shore wind mills).mechanical device must be in a such that free moment should be done.
