- Supported the full NPI process for new internal product launches, internal products, and external ones. NPI creation covers data management, pricing & e-commerce tasks
- Oversee Data Management optimization & governance for all products along Product Life Cycle Management in Oracle ERP system, MDG-M, SAP P24/P16 ERP systems and R/3 architecture
- Managed end-to-end pricing operations such as NPI price uploads, ad hoc price changes, GRP/RBP configuration, obsolescence processes, and transfer pricing setup and adjustments in enterprise systems
- Managing product web activities as requested by Product Manager such as web product detail page creations, NPI set-up, modification, optimization for existing & new products, upload of documents to PDPs and resolve any issue that prevents products from being available on web (pricing, data, system issues), on both company web.
- Initiated and monitored product and raw material obsolescence processes across systems; released and updated raw material labels as part of PLM and compliance workflows in SAP.
- Primary Resource for creating/updating labels for new articles in SAP and COA (Certificates of Analysis) creation on company systems for our Buy & Resell activities.
