• Integrate internal ratings data and check the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the data with the source application and data warehouse
• Take up the new regulatory reporting like New Definition of Default (NDOD) and perform database analysis and data mapping analysis to understand the data requirements
• Deliverables: Perform Reconciliation checks and validate the data in quarterly load
• Provide support to Internal users regarding the Integrated data post to quarterly load and perform data analysis
• Gather regulatory requirements for new report known as new definition of default (NDOD)

• Ensure all relevant data elements for credit risk assessments are identified and consistently monitored.

• Thoroughly understand the regulatory requirements under IRBA and ensure these are translated into business and system requirements.

• Create detailed documentation of reconciliation processes, including data sources, validation rules, and exception handling procedures.

• Analyze existing reconciliation processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.

• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce manual effort, and streamline workflows.

• Compare existing processes against industry best practices to identify areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of reconciliation processes and their importance in regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementing solutions to new requirements and draw the effective solution approach.

• Raise risks as and when required and mitigate the risks without having an impact on business processes.

Deliverables:

• Documented complete requirements to remove PDS wordings in settlements instructions page in customer’s registration process
• Documented and enhanced the requirements for Single Sign On (SSO) page from CommBiz application to Maxx trader (3rd party page)
• Documented As-Is requirements for International Payments and Priority payments applications
• Performed Gap-analysis in current state and future state of ISO 20022 transition
• Delivered compliance requirement in international payments (IP), international payments and foreign exchange (IPFx), priority payments and bulk file upload functionalities in CommBiz application.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Collaborating closely with the product owner and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements through workshops.

• Performing Interface analysis by identifying required payment methods, data formats for transaction details, and synchronization frequency.

• Performed enhancements and provided my extended support in web application requirements.

• Documenting the requirements through tools such as confluence and using Jira to create the user stories with clear description and acceptance criteria to assist the development team.

• Conducts backlog refinement and sprint planning activities and present the stories to team and product owner and after thorough discussion based on inputs user stories are modified based on priorities.

• Perform Functional testing in the web application while feature release to production environment
• Bridge the gap between business owner and technical teams with clear and crisp requirements and responsible to get approvals for the requirements from higher management level
• Track the status requirements which are under implementation and create dependencies if any
• Ensure the feature is delivered to customer without performance Issues and bugs in the applications
• Present demos to stakeholders, customers and business owners related to feature enhancements and responsible to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for approved and implemented enhancements.
