- Accumulated 20 years of experience.
- Presently working with WIND WORLD INDIA LTD. formerly known as 'ENERCON INDIA LTD.' From February 2007 to today.
- Oversaw WTG project installation, erection, de-erection, single blade replacement, and preventive maintenance of wind turbines, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
- Wind World India Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 company, having a joint venture with Enercon GMBH, Germany. It manufactures a wide range of wind turbine generators. Enercon GMBH is one of the world leaders in manufacturing wind turbine generators. In India, it is situated in Mumbai, and plant offices are spread over Daman and various sites all over India.
- Defined functional role responsibilities.
- WTG Erection and De-Erection of Wind Turbines (E53/E48/E40/E30) having generator capacities of 230 KW to 800 KW.
- Installation of a 950 kVA transformer used in wind turbines.
- Executed single-blade replacements and front bearing replacements on wind turbines.
- WTG relocation, WTG conversion, modification, and WTG main component replacement of the Wind Energy Converter.
- Manpower handling and work distribution.
- Troubleshooting of CLS & Hydraulic Brake.(Mechanical)
- Analysis of the system and give corrective feedback to central support for improving the system.
- To systematize the PM and retrofitting operations countrywide in the framework of quality regulations and customer wishes.
- Managing SAP in material management.
- Implement solutions to Total Quality Management.
- Responsible for MRO (Material Requisition Order).
- Implemented process improvements that enhanced turnaround times and streamlined workflows.
