  • The Renewal process at Hewlett Packard ltd includes entire lifecycle of an order registration and activation of support contracts which are delivered to the customer at the time of purchasing the goods for the customer
  • Renewing documents are gathered upon investigation against the renewal placed from the customers and same forwarded to FOCA for getting approvals to process the request which the customer pay
  • Check for the customer info to register the contact for the customer
  • If the customer satisfied with our support contract we will renew the same customer for future renewals as well
  • Have cross trained in all the WW process internally within HP to support other teams during volume spike
  • Prepare the metric reports and sent to customer on a monthly basis based on the volumes closed /TAT/ no of reworks for the team and also lead CAPA details that are shared to the management / FOCA / customer

  • Creating documentation for the team to have clear view of renewal order processing
  • Contacting with Sales via skype call, conversation in order to make the better clarification at the first point
