  • Managing a 14-member team and leading communication and mailbox management aligned to different Deloitte businesses
  • Partnering with different teams in communications roll out for learning curricula planned for a fiscal year
  • Streamlined sub processes (Data management, Communication and mailbox numbers, resources management)
