· Providing emergency response, evacuation plan, escalation of major Incidents and conducting mock drills.

· Organized Regular Sports, Team Building and Cultural Activities at Complex and Residential area under Sangrakshika Welfare Association.

· Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork
