Communication

In my current position, I ensure staffing is acquired when needed, trainings are completed in a timely manner, as well as handling any questions, issues or concerns from staff. I work closely with the Director of Community Services to ensure all locations are operating smoothly.

Leadership

Successfully leading and guiding employees to achieve their own goals as well as goals of our individuals. Critical decision-making to aid in solving case management problems. Attended INARF Leadership Academy to gain additional leadership skills and knowledge, allowing me to become a well-rounded leader.
