12 month rotation in all the clinical departments which were a part of the final year of medical school. It included a wide variety of responsibilities such as patient admissions, history taking, management, prepping patients for surgery and so on. This helped me boost my confidence in dealing with emergencies independently and being able to stay calm under pressure. I was lucky enough to have mentors that allowed us to have a hands on approach which gave me the opportunity to assist in surgeries, suturing and dressing wounds. The morning rounds deemed to be very insightful and helped me understand a variety of differential diagnosis - made me open up my mind to endless possibilities.
