Expanded the Fiserv Implementation Engine to streamline and automate the integration of financial services systems. The engine was designed to improve the efficiency of service delivery, enhance data consistency, and automate workflows related to the setup, configuration, and deployment of financial products and services.

Maintained continuous engagement with stakeholders, achieving 95% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Enhanced Implementation Engine: Led the enhancement of the Fiserv Implementation Engine by integrating multiple new features, improving system functionality, and optimizing performance for seamless financial service integrations.
• UI Development with Appian: Designed and developed an intuitive user interface within Appian, enabling users to efficiently monitor implementation processes, configure settings, and view real-time data with ease.
• Optimization & Scalability: Optimized the performance of the implementation engine to handle large-scale deployments, ensuring scalability to meet growing business needs, and system demands.
• Workflow Automation: Complex business workflows, leveraging Appian low-code platform to streamline the process of financial product setups, configurations, and updates, minimizing errors, and improving process efficiency.
• Collaboration & Task Management: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Microsoft Project tools, enhancing project management capabilities for implementation teams, and facilitating effective task tracking and resource allocation.
• Conducted thorough code reviews to identify potential areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing code quality across all projects handled by the team.

AON Real Estate – Insurance Policy Management System

• Developed systematized solution for AON Real Estate to enhance insurance policy creation.
• Categorized insurance policies across four hierarchical levels: subsidiary, property, unit, and policy.
• Enabled bulk uploads to streamline multiple entries in a single workflow.
• Automated premium calculations at each level, integrating manual and bulk upload methods.
• Managed a team of 5 - 6 members and guided them with the best practice we opt during the development.

AON User Dashboard – Project, Revenue, and Billing Management System

Created an end-to-end solution for AON Project and Contract Setup, Revenue Recognition, and Billing and Invoicing processes using Appian. The project automated workflows, improved visibility, and streamlined approval processes, providing a unified dashboard for all users.

Responsibilities:

• Project & Contract Setup: Enabled the creation and amendment of contracts and projects, integrating with Workday for validation and approval workflows.
• Revenue Recognition: Managed fixed-fee and usage-based revenue recognition, automating the request and approval process.
• Billing & Invoicing: Streamlined BDR review, invoice generation, and collection tracking, automating invoice validation, and follow-up processes.
• 360 Dashboard: Developed a unified 360-degree dashboard, providing real-time insights across all modules, enabling users to manage tasks and monitor progress from a single point of access.
• End-to-End Process Management: Designed an automated workflow covering request initiation, task assignments, request processing with rework options, quality checks, and audits to ensure data integrity.
