Manage entire employee life cycle process- pre onboarding, onboarding, Background verification, new joiner orientation, Buddy assign, development to off boarding
Support recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates (portals likes- Naukri, LinkedIn) vendor management, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts.
Conduct Induction session for new joiners from different department
Connect with employees on one-on-one basis regularly
Managing end to end payroll activities for India and Singapore
Manage HR policies interpretation, administration, and educational courses for employees
Manage GreytHR portal and engage in updating, reviewing, and keeping all HR policies up to date
Work closely with IT Team, vendor to ensure all HR applications are up and running
Enhancing data analytics capability and dashboards for HR solutions.
Prepare Monthly HR reports for Power BI
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover
Organize Employee Engagement activities bi monthly
Initiate Team building activities, treats and anything that increase team spirit
Manage and support Employee recognition events like birthdays, work anniversaries.
Engage in surveys like- buddy program feedback, onboarding session feedback, Employee pulse survey.
Hands on experience in different tools like GreytHR, Keka, Happay, Concur, Breezy, Sharepoint, Finly.
Responsible to few administration tasks like- ID/ visiting cards for new joiners, maintaining office library.
