Responsible for streamlining the athlete selection process by setting up guidelines and protocols for the research & scouting stages.
Responsible for conceptualizing, launching & implementing the biggest project for GoSports foundation till date - "Girls for Gold" program which is supported by Infosys Foundation
Responsible for leading the entire athlete management team and all the programmes at GoSports Foundation, which at that point was 7 programmes & 100+ athletes at the elite & emerging space, which included 20+ Olympians & Paralympians with 6 of them winning medals.
Conducting athlete selections for all the programmes, planning their interventions for improving their performances, recruiting talented individuals to the team & up skilling them to meet the demands of the job, reporting to the partners regularly were a few of the major deliverables as a part of the job
Responsible for managing the Para Champions Programme - one of the flagship projects of the foundation that comprised of 45 athletes and also was directly managing 20+ athletes.
Identifying suitable athletes from across the country & nurturing the athletes selected along with reporting on the project regularly to the partners were few of the key deliverables.
Responsible for managing 20+ athletes directly and was also responsible for covering the on-ground activities at the Asian Para Games 2018 were athletes supported by the foundation won 25+ medals.
In-depth analysis of every athletes performance, strategizing different ways to positively impact the performance and well-being of every athlete, traveling across the country to scout for new talents were few of the key deliverables
