Key Responsibilities:
Project Kick-off:
Conduct initial stakeholder meetings to understand business needs, identify key process areas, and define project scope.
Develop a detailed project plan outlining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Configure and deploy the Signavio Process Manager to enable process modeling and analysis.

Enablement and Training:

Guide users on leveraging Process Governance features to manage process lifecycles and compliance.
Pilot Process Implementation:
Collaborate with business users to identify and select high-impact pilot processes for implementation.
Guide process modeling activities, ensuring accurate representation of the pilot process in Signavio.
Facilitate process review and refinement with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor pilot process execution to identify areas for improvement and gather feedback.
Continuous Improvement and Support:
Provide ongoing support to users regarding process modeling, collaboration, and governance within Signavio.
Assist in process optimization initiatives by analyzing process data and identifying improvement opportunities.
Conduct regular reviews to assess adoption levels and identify areas for further training and enablement.

• Developed a process repository for governance purpose for a major Australian telecom company, along side transforming it's processes to realize targeted improvements in it's KPIs.
• My latest work includes consulting for a major Australian telecom giant in their field service domain to improve the over all lead time on epics in JIRA using Signavio PI.
• Parallel to that, I also worked on a NPS improvement project which involved discovering the AS-IS process and identifying the wastage using lean methodology, hypothecating the identified causes using quality tools and recommending solutions which bought 165K QoQ savings/revenue.

• Worked on an Australian organization's legal separation program which required me to work on various service towers including finance, software and IT, order to activation and request to resolve, to document their AS-IS, transitional and TO-BE ( Strategic) processes on Signavio and their operations manual. The project was mostly to document interactions and interlocks between the entities pre and post legal separation. Worked closely with the system architecture team to identify any system requirements post separation. Worked with the testing team to guide them and help them through various scenarios for testing the processes.

• Oversaw installation of software programs and hardware systems to meet technical requirements.

• Responsible for efficient handling and resolution of customer application issues pertaining to EU accounts via remote computer handling procedures in a B2B environment. Worked for the MAC (moves, adds, changes) and CTS (centralized technical support) teams for installation of software(remotely) and procuring hardware.
