- Preparation of monthly MIS and management summary review. Extended review of trial balance on a quarterly basis, which ensures end-to-end accounting and accuracy. The review mainly includes a review of loans, share capital, fixed assets, and intercompany balances.
- Performing intercompany reconciliations and advising the administration department on intercompany settlements. Various projects related to AP aging, investigating aged invoices, and getting them paid by following up with various points of contact. In case of non-availability of funds, leveraging intercompany receivables to pay those invoices.
- Performing ad hoc tasks and contributing to the reporting team in year-end activities like preparation of year-end financial statements, interim FS consolidation, tax true-ups, etc.
- Prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for various activities like US tax True UP, AP and Cash.
- Preparation of cash request template and quarterly cash analysis activity.
