  • Helped traders with a variety of simulation views, such as real-time front office application assistance, where problems with PL arose from a variety of market and static data issues, post-release checksouts, corporate actions, etc.
  • Participating in the quarterly maintenance (QMW) and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
  • Provide L2 support to Overnight risk batch monitoring
    including capacity analysis for Azure and AWS platforms
  • Additionally validating the risk solution for each and every IT errors and fixing it within the predetermined SLAs
  • Assist Product Controllers, Value End of Month P&L of traders' portfolios, price testing, and daily reconciliation of the risk system. The risks considered include those resulting from bumping Greeks, scenarios based on various market situations, and PnL attribution based on T0 and T1 positions. Help and coordinate the resolution of FO-BO breakdowns.
  • Work with Developers, Quants team, and Business users to test/onboard new products.
  • Additionally, doubled up as Business Analyst to prioritize different code releases, create JIRA tickets to track requirements, and comprehend and document requirements of various stakeholders. I also developed a proof of concept for various new initiatives. Utilized ServiceNow and JIRA and adhere to the ITIL framework for effective incident, problem, and change management procedures.
