The Barakah nuclear power plant (BNEP), an investment of US$24.4 billion by Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation for 4 Units of APR-1400 nuclear reactors of 1400 MW each & total 5400 MW power generation capacity ; first nuclear power station in UAE & Arabian Peninsula also in Arab World started in 2019. Electrical / Instrumentation Coordination for trouble-free & un-interrupted power production Negotiate the technical contracts for, implement daily schedule. Handle the plant requirement & outage related I&C & Electrical issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Schedule the proper plain E&I outage plan for coordinate the O&M team. To identify I&C work schedule in align with main P6 Schedule. Identify Instrument list to be disassembled / disconnected / replaced this outage.
• Coordination the clearance approval between end user's technical team & Sub contractor for confirm the safety tagging, safety work permit.
• Negotiate and enforce the scheduled & motivate to implementer team.
• To set up communication protocol with Client's I&C team (Client). For implement client's I&C team for meet the mechanical schedule. Report to Project Manager, if any unusual situation by client team.
• Effectively handles communication between Designer / Consultant and construction team, ensuring each party understands and implements requirements of other. Management of implementer team to provide project related documents and drawings.
• Identify, conceptualize, and communicate with other company entities as per requirements of construction team. Establish company's Materials control system in order to control wastages of main permanent and critical non-permanent materials.
• Participate project progress meetings with Client, Engineering Contractor, Subcontractors, Vendors in order to suggest technical proposals. Manage Change Requests and communicate or raise any Technical Queries as required.
• Implementing QA audits / assessments at vendor / sub-vendor location based on vendor / sub-vendor QC performance and assigning QA Level for product / equipment under manufacturing. Interacting with stakeholders, Group Managers, peers, subordinates for day-to-day execution. Documenting lessons learned and to review/implement lessons learned from other Projects..

Potential investment projects selected for The Ghatampur power project worth Rs172.37bn ($2.52bn) is being developed by Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited (NUPPL), a joint venture between Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited and Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited proposed setting up a 1,980 MW (3×660 MW) coal-based power plant . Pioneer En-Tech has participated for the Electrical & Instrumentation Assembly & Commissioning. My role for coordinate between design team & site execution team for resolve the day to day issue without daley in project schedule.
