Role & Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for overall loan operations management and supervision of the loan operations staff.

▪ Responsible for Central Operations Activity like ACH presentation, Record Management Unit, DSA &
Builder Empanelment, Part Payment & Foreclosure authorizations CKYC AML CERSAI & Co-
Lending Loan processing & CIC Reporting & Collection payment updating and Co-lending
processing and payout & Collection cash reconciliation.

▪ Responsible for Insurance processing with respective channel partners and follow-up for its issuance. ▪ Reconciliations and analysis of entire portfolio and management dashboard reporting’s.
▪ Focus on risk, controls and compliance and regulatory framework.

• Focus on risk, controls and compliance and regulatory framework
• Close interaction with Credit/Sales/Product/IT and other key stakeholders for understanding business plans and aligning deliveries with these plans
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Staff
• Introduce and implement the best practices of business operations across all locations
• Prioritize and manage the critical projects for implementations of LOS/LMS other technology enablement for the operating model.

• Presentation Status update in the system which we receive from Auto-Debit Partners like for ACH Deutsche Bank, Tech Process & Yes Bank
• Update Payment in the system which we receive from Cash Channel Partner like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, PayU, Vodafone, PayTM, ITZ, Easy Bill
• Co-ordinate with vendor like Deutsche Bank, Techprocess for any queries or escalation
• Mandate Processing & Tracking
• Mapping Mandate Status in the system
• Preparing MIS for Presentation Tracking Report & Mandate Tracking Report
• Managing Team Size of 20 for Mandate Processing & Presentation.

• Foreclosure & settlements of loans manually & system
• Handling the GL retail assets account reconciliation
• Overseeing the refunds to customers
• Cheque Bouncing Collection Updation of loans
• Re-aging & Partial payment of Loans
• Quality Handling PDC /ACH Presentation (Updation of monthly (PDC's are presented twice a month ie on 07th / 20th) bulk presentation and representation of PDC's on the system)
• Coordination with HDFC CMS Banks
• Quality checking of ACH Mandate Form and Post Dated Chq (PDC)
• Daily quality checking of Files & SPDC (Security Post Dated Cheque)
• Coordinating with Accounts team for posting regular information
• NHB Subsidy processing and updating loan's
• CKYC updating loan's
• Handling vendor management unit (RMU)_ Storge Vendor, Banking vendor, Documentation vendor, PERSONAL PARTICULARS DSA vendor , Insurance vendor and CKYC vendor
• Collection Updation in loan's
• Additional Responsibilities towards Loan - Disbursal Division as

• My responsibility to Authorize the payments related to final Disbursement & PDD Documents entry Auth
• Handling Team of Haryana, Delhi & Utter Pradesh location
• Maintaining all MIS related to as Docket Login MIS, PDD MIS, OTC MIS, Audit MIS, Cersai MIS
• Monitoring and management of Disbursement TAT
• Checking Files in respect of documentation and KYC
• Checking of property documents
• Taking approvals related to legal & Technical deviations from appropriate authority
• PDC Cheques and NACH Form making entry in system and given to Presentation Team
• Resolve all customer queries
• Disbursement chq handover to customer as per policy
• Maintain customer AADHAR detail for CLSS in PMAY portal
• CKYC number generation of all customers and maintain its MIS
• Audit report discussed with auditor and to be comply the same
• Attending to walk-in customer at the branch.
