• Created 120 Salesforce-like reports by migrating data from Salesforce to CRM and then to Power BI, achieving seamless replication of Salesforce reports in Power BI to ensure continuity and user familiarity.
• Key tasks included: understanding requirements, and selecting the right approach for accurate and efficient report development.
• Analyzing CRM data, identifying the correct data sources, and collecting data from CRM.
• Mapping fields between Salesforce, CRM, and Power BI, while cleaning and transforming data to ensure like-for-like Salesforce reports.
• Building relationships between tables to ensure accurate results and creating visuals similar to Salesforce to enhance usability and client satisfaction.

• Exported data from Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps to Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 using the Export to Data Lake feature, establishing a robust data pipeline to support analytical needs.
• Executed full and incremental data loads based on requirements for efficient organization and transformation.
• Loaded and modeled data in Power BI to generate impactful dashboards.
• Worked with Australian clients to develop detailed design documentation and deployment guidelines.
