GBS Recharges:
GBS supports onshore partners, recharging all costs with mark-up to respective countries based on an agreed ratio. Ensure recharges align with the agreed percentage through business team coordination. For new costs, confirm SLA, identify the onshore country, and apply the correct ratio split.
Outlook:
The outlook for the remaining months is based on actual trends and business inputs, including new hires and leavers, ensuring budget alignment while identifying risks and opportunities.
Corporate Plan/Budget Restatement:
Conducted semi-annually, incorporating actual trends to align with group-allocated budgets by market. Developed in agreement with business leads to support strategic planning for the next five years.
