• Digital banking channel application caters to various business functionalities within Lloyds banking pertaining to the client life cycle management. Debit card servicing is a set of services where new journeys are incorporated according to the changing business needs and banking regulations. It also supports and syncs various features implemented in Lloyds mobile app. Functionality includes user journey for transactions & spend controls, card less cash withdrawal registration, card maintenance, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Gathering requirements through client interaction, to understand AS-IS systems and their demands & needs.
Being a functional BA participated in the scrum meeting calls and bridge gaps wherever required, prioritization of product backlog. Involved in the testing, deployment and maintenance, performed gap analysis and provided immediate solution, Documenting High-level requirements, Functional specification.
Creating UML diagrams and screen design for better understanding of the TO-BE system. Provided timely update and communication to all stakeholders.

• Project: New system for Wire Payments Templates
From Pims (legacy) app to Global treasury web-based app) Data Migration and Enhancement. Manually user need to fill the sensitive information of SSI's on payment system which delays the process and completion of request. Bulk upload option was not available. There was requirement of Automaton wherein user can auto fill the Cash SSI details for Multiple counterparties in bulk.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting requirement gathering and elicitation with onshore counterparts along with Domestic operation manager.
Documenting As-Is and create To-be state process. Gathered all the necessary information along with exact field in elicitation sessions to identify project requirement.
Recommended suggestions and worked in collaboration with Stakeholders reaching to final conclusion. Preparation of User story along with acceptance criteria and providing details to the developers. RACI Matrix

Project: Implemented new reconciliation system called Irex.

Client requested for automation on Reconciliation tool. Conversion of Data from TLM system to IREX and Linked excel based recon on application.
Gathered requirement, prepared detailed documents and use case & user stories.
 Prepared business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD) and received approval from management. Involved in the preparation of Business Modules (Process flow diagram, User interface Wireframe.
