Job Profile

• Contract review & order acknowledgment along with the cross functional team prior project kick off.
• Resource management - Allotting Projects to manufacturing Engineers, designing of tools to design engineers etc..
• Attaining monthly Management review meeting to share the performance of departmental KPI's, Internal & External Audit Reports, kaizens, etc..
• Attaining Weekly-operations meeting with the cross functional heads and the higher managements
• Attaining Weekly project review meeting with the cross functional heads, project managers & the higher management team.
• Daily wall meeting to discuss the Project criticality in terms of Product quality & delivery Schedule.
• Attaining customer calls for technical review of projects.
• Attaining Customer audits, safety walks, internal and external audits.
• Reviewing time sheet and leave management of engineering team.
• Shop Order Pack Management - To guide team in preparing Engineering documents by reviewing & approving prior issuing to production team.
• Configuration management- To reviewing latest revision availability in system for all Engineering documents like 2d drawings, 3d models, Shop order Pack, Customer Specifications, etc..
• Change management- To review the change implementation status on regular basis for timely implementation of the change order received from customer.
• Perform PFMEA along with the cross functional team to identify, address & eliminate the risk involved in the process.
• To guide and review the team in preparing Engineering Bill of Material.
• Tooling management - To review PDR, CDR & FDR with the design team and to coordinate them with the customer for the final tooling requirements.
• Conduct MRR to ensure timely kick off & smooth execution of Project.
• Providing Inputs to the estimation team to derive bill of quantity, cycle time, risk assessment, etc..
• 3 Axis, 5 Axis Programming on Autodesk Powermill Software
• Identifying and Selection of all required cutting tools, holders
• Fixtures/clamping devices etc
• New part development & program prove out
• Meeting customer requirement & Qualifying FAls
• Process documentation & issuance of SOP
• Adherence to aerospace manufacturing quality requirements like AS9100 & NADCAP requirements
• Committed to continuous Improvement Activities
• 5'S activities implementing
• Follow and Implementation of TPM system
• Follow and Implement Environmental, Health and Safety Measures in Production

• Part Setting, part machining and trouble shooting of issues (related to quality of part) on the CNC turning centers
• Achieving production targets
• Rejection controlling
• Hourly inspection of finished parts as per the drawings
• 5'S activities implementing

• Follow and Implementation of TPM system
• Development of new products
