It enables teams to understand how well the assistant handles real guest journeys (bookings, personalization, multi-turn help) with consistent scoring and clear feedback.
- It solves the core problem of manual, biased, and slow QA by automating multi-turn simulations and production chat scoring in one workflow—so product decisions can be driven by metrics, not opinions. This shift from ~6 hours/week of manual testing to automated evaluation helped drive CSAT from ~70% to ~95% by catching regressions early and accelerating targeted improvements.
