Accountable for reduction of in process rejection using quality tools and productivity improvement and identification & implementation of cost saving measures.

• Controlling the weekly & monthly target of production by implementing OEE and preparing the master production schedule. Taking preventive and corrective actions to control any deviations / from the Production plans.

• Performing root-cause analysis of defects while developing & improving the processing by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues. Ensuring the Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) in time for the process deviations, internal rejections and customer complaints.
• Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with optimization of men, material & machine; handling installation, inspection and acceptance of Mechanical machineries and system fault finding
• Handling overall operations spare planning from electrical side for Rodding shop as well as developing new local vendor for on time spare availability.
• Coordinating the workflow with all the concerned staff members and departments and regularly tracking, reviewing & providing periodic assessment. Carrying out Asset Optimization in Plant level while ensuring Plant availability at its best level and improving MTBF and MTTR of machine.
• Streamlining the VED analysis of all possible spares and developing new vendors for enhancing efficiency.
• Tracking with the spares stores for the availability of the same and indenting new spares; also, stores for proper storage of material and spares.
• Responsible for contractor training and evaluation in solving complex faults; listing out SSP items for automatic procurement for determining the effectiveness in view of performance

• Responsible for handling erection and commission of “INGOT CASTING MACHINE 30MT/HR BAFESA”.
• Responsible for handling erection and commission of “ALLOY INGOT CASTING MACHINE 15 MT/HR BAFESA ”
• Observing standard procedures for installation of holding furnace (80 ton capacity)-6nos, commissioning of 80 ton capacity HFO furnace-6nos, installation of 32/5 ton WMI crane -12 nos and also various EOT cranes with different capacity 2 to 30 ton.
• PLC communication, control net scheduling and automation along with monitoring installation of all the field instruments including Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter and Weighing systems..
• Supervised and coordinated multiple contractors by prioritization of the jobs to be done and delegation of jobs to contractors accordingly.
• Accountable for the laying of power and control cables and their subsequent terminations; planning for the successful commissioning of the equipments
• Carbon Plant :
• Observing standard procedures for installation of induction furnace (3 ton capacity), commissioning of 40 ton per hr capacity Butt (carbon block) crushing plant

• Conceptualized and implemented mechanical installation of slub cutting and welding machine as well as handled Autogenous mill installation and installation of stub shot blast machine.
